AREAS OF PRACTICE

Accidents & Personal Injury

If you suffer injuries from a slip and fall accident due to the property owner failing to properly maintain walkways or stairs, then you may be entitled to compensation to cover your medical bills, lost wages, as well as pain and suffering.

Criminal Defense

Robert Gross has handled many criminal cases on both sides of the legal system and aids the defense of individuals and companies charged with criminal activity. His years of investigative experience will ensure that no stone goes unturned in his clients’ defense.

DWI

Robert Gross knows police procedure and how to challenge the evidence against you. Regardless of submitting to a breathalyzer exam it is possible to prosecute a driver suspected of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Bankruptcy

The goal of bankruptcy is to recapture financial freedom. If you are suffering from insurmountable debt and are considering filing for bankruptcy, the first step you should take is to consult Robert Gross, a knowledgeable and experienced bankruptcy attorney.

Civil Rights

Police are necessary to keep order and safety. Unfortunately, some times power is misused against the very people they are entrusted to protect. If this occurs and rights have been violated, Robert Gross works tirelessly to get the maximum compensation entitled.

Divorce

Are you undergoing a divorce? We understand that divorce can be a complex process, especially when ex-spouses do not agree. Even if it’s an amicable divorce, legal counsel is still recommended. It is vital you have knowledgeable representation to guide you through.
