DWI – Third Strike:

January 2014: Client with two prior DWI offenses was charged with his third in New York State: all within seven years. Our office both enlisted an agency to prepare a pre-sentence memorandum and aggressively negotiated with the District Attorney’s Office on behalf of our client. We were able to secure a disposition utilizing a program in lieu of a lengthy Felony Jail term.

September 2013: Client was charged with DWI and Reckless Driving, our office was able to secure a non-driving violation assuring a clean criminal record with no points attached to the client’s NY Drivers license.

Domestic Violence:

November 2013: our client was charged with Assault and Criminal Contempt.

October 2013: Our client was charged with Assault and Harassment. After trial, all charges were dismissed.

August 2013: Client was charged with Felony Assault, Endangering the Welfare of a Child, weapons possession and criminal mischief with two complaining witnesses. We successfully secured a plea to a minor charge that allowed the client to face their immigration consequences without negative repercussions.
